Blue cheese burgers - yum! When the McClaves were here she suggested these for dinner. I'm so glad that she did as I had forgotten all about this delicious take on burgers. Her sister, Silvia and hubby Jeff, made them for us a long, long time ago. Shawn looooves them! Serve them up with some blue cheese dressing.

totally forgot about these, haven't had them in a while...but your picture is tantalizing my tastebuds!! You are making me hungry. I think they were even better because of the excellent company that we enjoyed them with :-)
